The practice has been involved in cases before the Constitutional Court of Hungary, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. Balázs Fazakas, Péter Lakatos and Péter Köves lead the group; Fazakas bring ten years’ experience in front of Hungarian and international courts and arbitration forums to the role, Köves is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, and Lakatos is an expert in the TMT sector.
