DLA Piper Posztl, Nemescsói, Györfi-Tóth and Partners Law Firm fields a growing client roster of strategic investors and financiers, spanning the renewables, nuclear energy, transport and distribution sectors. As head of the finance and projects team, Péter Györfi-Tóth leads on large-scale infrastructure projects, including Hungarian and international solar and nuclear power plants, with support from Viktor Romsics. Gábor Simon, who was promoted to partner in April 2023, leads on the energy and procurement side, and receives instruction from a diverse client base of energy and gas companies, traders and manufacturers. Miklós Horváth leads the firm’s infrastructure, construction and transport group. In team news, Kristóf Szeredi was promoted to senior associate in May 2023, followed by Márk Seres in Septemer 2023; the latter has significant experience in energy sector-related matters, and regularly handles domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
