With a strong track record in litigation work, the tax team at Réti, Várszegi and Partners PwC Legal regularly represents clients before the Hungarian administrative courts and the European Court of Human Rights in tax-related cases. Zoltán Várszegi has experience litigating before the Constitutional Court of Hungary and the European Court of Justice, and leads the team alongside Dániel Kelemen, who brings a wealth of experience in VAT, digital tax and transfer pricing issues to his role.
