Since its formation in 2021, Csővári Legal has continued to expand its tax team, taking on new clients ranging from technology companies to high-net-worth individuals to corporate players. The group has lately noted a particular increase in tax work relating to corporate transactions, particularly M&A. International taxation is another of the team’s focus areas, including both inbound and outbound investments and exits. Practice head István Csővári specialises in the tax aspects of corporate restructurings and M&A deals. As a registered tax advisor and chartered accountant, Tamás Dankó also offers holistic accounting, tax and corporate advice on mergers and demergers.
