The group fields extensive expertise in special taxes, including EPR and bank levy matters. Eszter Kálmán leads the group, advising on customs matters, excise tax and environmental product levy issues, and international tax structuring, with a particular focus on VAT matters. Judit Kresz bolsters the team’s international offering, bringing over 15 years’ experience in both Hungarian and international income tax issues, as well as expertise in M&A and transfer pricing matters, to the group.
