The TMT team noted a recent increase of activity within the telecoms sector, supporting new entrants as well as advising existing players on transactional work. The firm also fields a dedicated unfair commercial practices and consumer protection sub-practice. TMT expert Péter Lakatos leads the team alongside Iván Sólyom, who takes a lead role in the team’s compliance, licensing and contentious matters, as well as advising on data protection and e-commerce mandates. As members of the firm’s corporate team, Nóra Szigeti and György Tóth provide support on relevant M&A transactions, drawing on cross-practice as well as cross-border expertise.
