Recently, its work has included residential property purchases and administration and securing financing for real estate and construction projects. Hjördís Halldórsdóttir heads the practice, providing strong construction experience and bringing particular expertise in litigation matters. Benedikt Egill Árnason brings additional construction support, as well as aid in M&A, energy, and corporate law. Newly promoted partners Kristofer Jonasson and Maren Albertsdottir also provide support on a variety of matters, as does Katla Lovísa Gunnarsdóttir. Heiðar Ásberg Atlason left the firm in June 2025.
