The TMT practice at AP & Partners advises on contentious and non-contentious matters concerning technology, media, privacy and data protection. Key clients of the group are emerging space tech, satellite internet industries, gaming,  pharmacy, finance, transportation and manufacturing. The team is led by Anand Prasad, who has notable expertise on telecom issues, whereas co-head Arjun Sinha, who focuses on data protection and privacy matters.
