Work highlights
- Representing CMA CGM in a major litigation matter arising out of a deadly ship collision off the coast of India. 12 out of 14 fishermen onboard an Indian fishing vessel named “Rabah” were declared dead or missing after the Rabah collided with APL Le Havre, a Singapore flag vessel, on the west coast of India close to Mangalore.
