This shortfall led to the vessel's arrest after attempts to recover dues were unsuccessful.
- Assisted Auriga Shipping Management Pte. Ltd with a case involving a breached management agreement with Minh Thu Shipping Trading JSC, owners of vessels m.t. Syrma and m.t. Avior, due to irregular payment of management fees and third-party expenses incurred by the clients. Subsequently, the clients arrested the vessel m.t. Syrma in pursuit of the claims.
