- Provided legal counsel to Patanjali Foods Ltd in a case where a cargo shortage occurred during the delivery of RBD Palm Olein from Indonesia to India under a Sales Agreement with Sime Darby Oils Trading, resulting in the arrest of the vessel m.t. Golden Flame to recover outstanding dues.
- Provided legal support to Patanjali Foods Ltd in a case involving a sales agreement with MMTC Transnational Pte Ltd, where a cargo shortage of 68.734MT occurred during the delivery of RBD Palm Olein from Indonesia to India aboard the vessel MT Syrma. This shortfall led to the vessel's arrest after attempts to recover dues were unsuccessful.
- Assisted Auriga Shipping Management Pte. Ltd with a case involving a breached management agreement with Minh Thu Shipping Trading JSC, owners of vessels m.t. Syrma and m.t. Avior, due to irregular payment of management fees and third-party expenses incurred by the clients. Subsequently, the clients arrested the vessel m.t. Syrma in pursuit of the claims.
