Work highlights
- Advised HDFC Limited on review of all the existing information technology related agreements of HDFC Bank namely, application service provider agreement, master service agreements, hardware purchase and maintenance agreements, professional services agreements, software procurement, implementation and maintenance agreements as a part of the merger of HDFC Limited with HDFC Bank.
- Advised the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on the successful auction and acquisition of TV and Digital Media rights for international and domestic matches of the Indian Cricket Team for September 2023 to March 2028 cycle by Viacom18 Media Private Limited for a cumulative figure of INR 5,963 Crores (~$720m).
- Advised Infinx Services Private Limited and its promoters with respect to (i) primary investment in equity shares of ISPL by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts; and (ii) a combination of primary and secondary investment by Norwest Venture Partners in equity shares of ISPL, for an aggregate consideration of approximately INR 1,330 crores (~$160m).
