Along with M&A transactions, the firm is noted for private equity and venture capital transactions, now with a significant client base and deal pipeline in these fields. Richard Curran leads the team and is active in the private equity and venture capital segments, along with Emmet Scully and Jennifer McGuire. The department is also well known for life sciences transactions with partners Colin Sainsbury and Catherine Dowling specialising in this sector. The immensely experienced Victor Timon is building the firm’s presence in technology transactions and investments, while Ross Little and Laura Greene have added to the department’s senior bench, since joining in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
