Paul White has joined from William Fry LLP bringing additional cross-border deal experience and a wealth of international clients, having previously been based in California and London. Dorian Rees was promoted to the partnership in 2024, while Sarah Hope was elevated to legal director. In addition, tax partner Robert Dever joined the office from Eversheds Sutherland to deepen the firm’s capabilities in cross-border deals.
