Work highlights

  • Re-appointed under a framework agreement following a competitive tendering process as the legal adviser to the Environmental Protection Agency, including advising on the terms of all of the required financial instruments to be provided by EPA licensed operators.
  • Advised Collen Construction in High Court proceedings where the client sought interim injunctive relief against a blockade of construction work on a new hotel and offices it is constructing in Dublin city centre.
