Beauchamps LLP handles a high volume of High Court cases and remains a significant player in large-scale disputes, including aviation cases linked to the war in Ukraine and ongoing business interruption insurance cases in the hospitality sector. Regulatory cases are another growth area and Pat McInerney joined from Holmes O'Malley Sexton in May 2023 to lead the public sector and regulatory division. Emma Keegan heads the litigation and dispute resolution department, with an established record in corporate, financial and regulatory disputes. Thomas O’Dwyer is another experienced litigator, leading many of the firm’s headline engagements and has further expertise in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Barry Cahir is prominent in commercial disputes and insolvency cases.
