- Re-appointed as sole legal advisers to the Irish Data Protection Commission and defended proceedings brought in the High Court in which TikTok is contesting a decision by which the DPC found that it had failed to ensure that its platform operations comply with the GDPR’s principles,
- Acted for Data Protection Commissioning defending the roll-out of a “pay or OK” model.
