Environmental and planning litigation is another forte. Damien Young has wide-ranging expertise and has landed a series of big-ticket data protection cases in recent years.   • Re-appointed as sole legal advisers to the Irish Data Protection Commission and defended proceedings brought in the High Court in which TikTok is contesting a decision by which the DPC found that it had failed to ensure that its platform operations comply with the GDPR’s principles,
