Since then, partner Ciara FitzGerald and of counsel Lesley Caplin have arrived from McCann FitzGerald LLP and Gemma Freeman has been promoted to partner. They also link up with insolvency disputes specialist Gareth Steen. The Dublin-based team now represents numerous international and domestic corporates and has landed a series of large cross-border dispute engagements, as well as representing clients in regulatory matters. - Represented Ailmount Investments Limited in Commercial Court proceedings against the Bank of Ireland in a dispute arising from a breach of deferred obligations under a share purchase agreement in respect of the sale by Ailmount of Davy Stockbrokers to Bank of Ireland.
