  • ‘I worked specifically with John Lynch who was each of calm, experienced, responsive, solutions-focused, practical, pragmatic and extremely empathetic in quite stressful scenarios. His immediate understanding of the situation marked him out from his competitors. I was hugely impressed by his ability to keep a perspective on everything and would trust his absolute discretion at all times.’

  • ‘John Lynch not only provided sound legal advice but also took the time to understand the intricacies of our unique sector, offering tailored solutions that go beyond mere compliance. His ability to anticipate challenges before they arose was invaluable. He explained the legal risks involved in our particular case and balanced that with our organisational needs, finding a sound resolution.’

  • ‘Emma Richmond is superb at responding to any query in a timely and clear manner. She understands the dynamics and issues that can surround some employment issues (e.g. redundancy) from the perspectives of both the employer and the employees which is a great asset.’

  • ‘Emma Richmond is excellent. Very solution driven and collaborative in how she works with Barristers.'

  • ‘The overall feeling you get from the practice is one of warmth and support and they are available to help you when needed. I really appreciate the fact that they don't provide you with individuals you are unfamiliar with and that there is continuity of personnel and quality of service. They are extremely knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and understand that at times a commercial decision is needed.’

  • ‘John Lynch is an expert in his field, he is calm and competent and I always feel in great hands under his guidance.’

  • ‘The people I have dealt with at Whitney Moore are really the critical factor - the law is the law, and processes are generally established. However, the way in which clients are managed on o a personal level as well as the expertise in terms of how it is applied to each scenario is unmatched.'

  • ‘John Lynch has been stellar, and as a client, in the event of needing legal support would be coming to him and his team only. John has been available at the drop of a hat, as has his team and his manner and approachability underpinned by his expertise makes him a stand out legal professional in the market. I have and will continue to recommend John, his colleagues and his team.’
