Walkers’s workload consists of advising on acquisition, redundancy, and disciplinary issues, assisting clients across a broad range of sectors, including technology and financial services. Dermot Casserly, who joined the firm in 2025 from DWF, is the practice head and is well versed in senior executive terminations, negotiating severance packages and drafting settlement arrangements, alongside regularly representing clients in the WRC and Labour Court. Susan Battye left the firm in 2025.
