It has made a further impact in cross-border schemes of arrangement, alongside its traditional diet of examinerships, liquidations, receiverships and bankruptcies. It represents most of the accountants that undertake insolvency engagements in the Irish market and acts for many of the banks that operate in the non-performing loan portfolios field.
