A&L Goodbody LLP continues to cement its position in asset management and investment funds. It has a wide-ranging practice and has further developed its standing in ESG and sustainability-related matters, having worked intensively in Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR) disclosures. Lorena Dunne joined the team from William Fry LLP in July 2023, providing extensive investment funds expertise and has an outstanding reputation in ESG matters, including SFDR. The firm remains at the forefront of ETFs, private equity and real estate funds, and is a growing force in investor-side representation. Stephen Carson is head of asset management and investment funds, having returned to Dublin after five years in the London office. Michael Barr has an outstanding reputation, with Kerill O’Shaughnessy also being highly rated. Brian McDermott left the practice in December 2023.
