Work highlights

  • Advising Corio Generation on all aspects of the development of the Sceirde Rocks 400MW offshore windfarm, one of Ireland’s first projects to be given special ‘relevant project’ status, and the only such project on the west coast of Ireland.
  • Advising Irish Cement Limited/CRH on the successful defence of two separate judicial review proceedings before the Court of Appeal on appeal from the Commercial Court against the Environmental Protection Agency's decision to grant a revised licence to replace fossil fuel with non-fossil waste-based solid recovered fuel (SRF) at its cement factory in Limerick.
