Beauchamps LLP’s planning and environmental team acts for clients from a vast range of sectors, including energy, waste, housing, industrial development, and commercial development. The team advises on all contentious and non-contentious matters related to planning, waste management and environmental law. Practice lead Stuart Conaty regularly assists residential developers and energy companies with consent applications and judicial review proceedings.
