Acting for a diverse group of clients that includes institutional investors, developers and state-sponsored bodies, Arthur Cox handles the full range of real estate matters, with expertise spanning investments, high-value transactions, financings, developments and leasing matters. Simon Hannigan heads up the group and supports corporates across all segments of the commercial real estate market, including the office, logistics, PRS, retail and industrial spaces.
