- Acted for Endo International in respect of its successful exit from a US Chapter 11 restructuring, which was a highly complex restructuring with parallel insolvency proceedings in the US and Canada.
- Advised Mountpark Logistics in respect of the sale of Irish real estate holding companies, one of the biggest property transactions in Ireland.
