- Acted as lead counsel to Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd and a consortium of lenders in connection with a senior secured credit facility being provided to the Borrower, a JV formed by Adani (a large Indian conglomerate) and Gadot (an Israeli company), for the purposes of its acquisition of Haifa Port Company Ltd. from the Israeli Government.
