- Represented Packer Steels and Galvanizing Ltd in obtaining the approval of the ICA (Israeli Competition Authority) for a NIS 200 million transaction wherein Yehuda Welded Mesh Ltd. acquired 100% of Packer’s shares.
- Represented “Wine Temple” Shaked-Golan ltd, a major distributor of wine and alcohol products before the Competition Tribunal in antitrust litigation proceedings versus Carmel Winery, concerning the scope of the right to reveal information provided during the ICA’s investigations.
