Work highlights

Represented Wolt Enterprises Israel Ltd. in connection with a review process conducted by the ICA concerning alleged exclusivity understandings ("Only on Wolt" carousel) with restaurants in Tel-Aviv.
Represented Nespresso Israel and Nestle Nespresso S.A (together: "Nespresso"), both subsidiaries of Nestle S.A, the Swiss multinational food and drink corporation, in a motion to certify a class action suit filed against them in 2016 (the "Original Action"), and represented Nespresso in an additional follow-on suit submitted by the same movant in 2019 (the "New Action").
