Work highlights

Represented Google LLC, Google Commerce Ltd, Google Payments Corp in a Motion to Certify a Class Action filed with the Israeli Central District Court. The allegations in the Motion to Certify echo international proceedings, and include, inter alia: Allegations regarding an anticompetitive conduct regarding the Android app store, Google Play, and allegations regarding excessive pricing.
Represented Volvo Lastvagnar AB and Renault Trucks SAS in an antitrust Motion to Certify as a Class Action filed with the Central District Court, in which it is alleged that Volvo / Renault and other truck manufacturers allegedly formed a cartel, inter alia, via exchange of information and coordination of prices of medium and heavy trucks during the alleged Cartel Period.
Represented TNUVA Central Cooperative for The Marketing of Agricultural Produce in Israel Ltd. in various matters and proceedings, including, inter alia: in ten class actions, seven of which were filed re alleged excessive pricing claims.
