Herzog Fox & Neeman handles the full range of competition and antitrust matters, including the increasingly important area of criminal matters, as well as administrative cases, merger control, class actions and more. Practice head Talya Solomon is a former Team Leader of the ICA’s legal department, and has significant expertise in competition law litigation. Newly promoted partner Tslil Bar Bainvol and Iris Achmon, who is also recognised as a key adviser on matters before the ICA and the Antitrust Tribunal, acted for the world’s largest alternative asset manager in a complex acquisition of three private equity funds.

Work highlights

Representing Visa and MasterCard (in separate teams) in a major class action regarding the inter-regional interchange fee that Israeli acquirers pay to issuers in transactions made with tourist cards (cards issued outside Israel and used in Israeli businesses).
Represented NVIDIA in its recent acquisition of Deci and proposed acquisition of Run:ai where Herzog also represented the target in a separate team that secured an exemption from filing, which is relatively rare in technological markets.
