Work highlights

Successfully represented an Israeli construction company in a NIS400m ad hoc arbitration against a multinational technology company concerning the construction of data centres.
Acted for the first ever ICSID enforcement matter before the Israeli courts, which stemmed from a €38.5m arbitration award.
