In a headline-grabbing highlight, firm managing partner Lior Aviram paired up with Maya Koubi Bara-nes to advise Desktop Metal, together with Latham & Watkins, in a $1.8bn merger with Stratasys. The group also advises start-ups and investors on financing rounds, investment transactions and regulatory matters, among other work. Department head Ofer Ben-Yehuda represents numerous emerging growth companies on commercial and corporate matters, with an emphasis on life sciences. Einat Weidberg also maintains a broad technology practice.
