Gornitzky & Co.‘s Tel Aviv-based practice has significant experience in IP-related licensing, joint venture, co-development, and restructuring agreements. Ziv Rotenberg advises on high-stakes IP transactions, and Shirley Gal specialises in developing IP portfolios. The department also features Dona Saabni, who focuses on patents, designs, trade marks, and copyright. In January 2025, the firm merged with Horn & Co., the latter adding Yuval Horn as technology and life sciences practice chair; and  Keren Kanir, an expert in IP-related corporate finance and commercial transactions.
