Herzog Fox & Neeman‘s tax department covers corporate tax, indirect tax, and international trade taxes, in addition to the full range of dispute resolution mandates. In addition to acting for major domestic and multinational companies and high net worth individuals, the group has aptitude in advising non-profit organisations. Meir Linzen leads the team, and boasts over 40 years’ experience in the practice area. Linzen’s practice includes international M&A, and cross-border tax planning. Guy Katz, who is deputy head of the team, has expertise in private client tax, while Yuval Navot is active in numerous significant M&A and capital markets transactions. Ofer Granot contributes strength in government incentives. Sophie Matatyaho maintains a broad tax practice.
