- Providing consulting activities, as an Independent Expert appointed by the Italian Republic, within the framework of an international arbitration initiated before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID Case No. ARB/20/39) by several German companies, which brought a case against the Italian Republic contesting the adoption of a series of regulatory measures, allegedly in violation of the obligations assumed by adhering to the Energy Charter Treaty.
