She has significant experience in debt restructuring in the shipbuilding and healthcare industries. Giulia’s practice also includes infrastructures and procurement with a particular focus on the energy sector.

Andrea advises Italian and international clients on finance matters with a focus on corporate finance, real estate financing, acquisition financing, project financing, cross-border financing, sureties and collaterals, settlement and restructuring of debts. In that context, he has advised banks, investors, debtors, arrangers and originators.

Giorgio Cappelli

Giorgio advises Italian and international clients on financial and debt capital markets transactions with a focus on acquisition finance, real estate asset management, mutual investment funds, structured finance, securitisation of credits, including those arising from real estate transactions, guaranteed bank bonds, debt consolidation plans and restructuring, debenture loans, and Euro Medium Term Note programmes.

Marco Cerritelli

Marco regularly assists Italian and foreign clients to develop, carry out and finance (including according to the LMA standards and through the issue of securities) investments in infrastructure. Marco has gained significant experience in the main regulated sectors, mainly focusing on the areas of transport, health and sport related assets. In this context, he dealt with several market first and pathfinders. His assistance also includes the interventions made both on the primary and secondary market by infrastructure funds. Marco specialises in project finance transactions and private public partnership (PPP).

Gregorio Consoli

Gregorio assists Italian and international clients in extraordinary transactions with a particular focus on transactions involving financial entities and regulated sectors. He has been appointed together with Filippo Modulo as Managing Partner for the three-year period 2021-2023. Gregorio also advises banks, funds and asset managers on regulatory issues concerning the structuring and execution of financial transactions.
