Gaetano Carrello focuses on finance, debt capital markets, restructuring and real estate; Lorenzo Vernetti is a specialist in banking, acquisition and leveraged finance; Maura Magioncalda acts for private equity houses and industrial groups on a range of financing transactions; and Emanuela Campari Bernacchi is the structured finance head.
