  • Advised Illycaffè on a sustainability-linked loan agreement with a pool of financial institutions (composed of BNL BNP Paribas, CDP, Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca and Rabobank) for a total amount of €124m.
  • Acted for Maire, as transaction counsel, on four different Schuldschein loan agreements for up to a principal amount of €200m, arranged by Commerzbank, Crèdit Agricole CIB and Intesa Sanpaolo.
  • Assisted Urban Regeneration Fund (managed by Savills Investment Management SGR) with the €143m refinancing granted by BPER Banca, Monte dei Paschi di Siena and UniCredit for the construction and renovation of real estate units.
