Chiomenti advises high-profile banks on acquisition, corporate and real estate financings, as well as refinancings. The practice also covers cross-border matters. Gregorio Consoli heads up the finance and regulated entities department; Giulia Battaglia assists with real estate, acquisition and project financings; Giorgio Cappelli advises on acquisition and structured finance; Gianrico Giannesi acts for both Italian and international banks; and Marco Cerritelli  is an infrastructure finance expert. The team also includes experienced banking and finance practitioner Girolamo D’Anna, an adviser on leverage, acquisition and corporate finance.
