The team is co-led by IPO specialist Benedetto Lonato and Andrea Messuti, who advises tech and growth-stage companies on capital markets matters. In January 2023, the firm hired Andrea Marani, Gianni & Origoni’s former financial markets practice co-head. Marani’s arrival extends the firm’s IPO capabilities to cover the Milan Borsa’s main list.
