In January 2024, Pedersoli Studio Legale and Gattai, Minoli, Partners merged to become PedersoliGattai, which fuses banking and financial services sector experience with private equity expertise. The practice fields several advisers, namely: highly-rated M&A practitioner Eugenio Barcellona; ‘great lawyer’ Ascanio Cibrario; private equity specialist Bruno Gattai; and transaction expert Andrea Gandini. Other key practitioners are Marcello MagroAlessandro Marena, Antonio Pedersoli, Carlo Pedersoli and Giovanni Pedersoli, along with Gerardo Gabrielli, Luca Saraceni, Luca Rossi Provesi, Marta Sassella, Federico Bal and Damiano Battaglia.
