Alma LED‘s corporate and M&A team is led from Rome by Marco Nicolini, whose track record includes numerous acquisitions and divestments of Italian companies; the department recently grew through the 2024 recruitment of Luca Magrini, an adviser to private equity funds, from Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners.
