Gianni & Origoni's Milan-based practice has longstanding experience in Decree 231 matters. Other notable areas are privacy and data protection-related issues, along with the implications in Italy of international proceedings under the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1997 and UK Bribery Act 2010.
