‘A highly-organised, multidisciplinary team’, the team at Gianni & Origoni excels in the field of environmental litigation. Able in both civil litigation and arbitration, the team supports clients in the manufacturing, life sciences, tech, shipping, energy and financial sectors. Antonio Auricchio, who represents clients in commercial litigation and arbitration, and Paolo Gnignati oversee the team from Rome and Padua respectively. Founding partner GianBattista Origoni represents clients before the higher courts in Italy and has a deep knowledge of ADR methods, from arbitration to mediation.
