Filippo Rossi is noted for his work on financial, corporate, civil and commercial litigation. Pedersoli, Minoli and Rossi, along with Eugenio Barcellona, lead the practice. Andrea Magliani is a noted member of the team, focusing his practice on civil, contract, bankruptcy and commercial law and Sergio Fulco specialises in commercial disputes, especially surrounding banking and bankruptcy. Stefano Ferrero is also noted for his assistance in anti-trust law. Luca Minoli left the firm in March 2024.

- Assisted Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. in the proceedings before the Constitutional Court in relation to the compliance with the Constitution of Italian Law Decree no. 99/2017 (converted into law no. 121 of 27 July 2017) issued by the Italian government to address the insolvency of Banca Popolare di Vicenza S.p.A. and Veneto Banca S.p.A..
- Assisted three securitisation vehicles in two successful lawsuits against Aerolinee Itavia SpA.
