- Assisting RB Armatori S.r.l. (as successor in title of Fallimento Rizzo - Bottiglieri - De Carlini RBD Armatori S.p.A.), in a litigation pending before the Court of Appeal of Naples.
- Assisting Prelios Credit Servicing S.p.A., as servicer of the SPV to which certain receivables of Banca Intermobiliare di Investimenti e Gestioni S.p.A. towards Partecipazioni Immobiliari S.r.l. were assigned, in several proceedings against PI and the Italian and French companies which had mortgaged their real estate properties to secure the receivables.
