Annalisa advices Italian and foreign clients in matters concerning Employment Law, social security (also in litigation) with a focus on Employment Law aspects of acquisitions, corporate restructuring and management of contracts for top managers of multinationals corporations, companies of the financial sector and other industries. In addition, she offers assistance in matters concerning remuneration policies, compliance programs, international mobility, retention/non compete restrictions and corporate governance issues. Annalisa has also gained extensive experience in complex corporate restructuring processes, outsourcing, national and international reorganization plans, also with assistance in industrial relations.
