An employment law boutique with offices across Italy, including a Bari office opened in April 2023, LABLAW - Studio Legale advises major national and international companies in all their employment and labour law matters. The firm is seasoned in issues surrounding social security and union disputes, as well as issues that may arise in connection with restructurings, redundancies and M&A matters. Francesco Rotondi is noted for employment work surrounding reorganisations and restructurings. Michela Bani has particular expertise in the management of relationships with executives. Laura Cinicola left the firm in February 2023. In April 2023, Marci Pati Clausi was promoted to partner and Pierluigi Quaranta joined the firm.

Francesco Rotondi is a Founding Partner of LABLAW, licensed journalist and adjunct professor of labour law at Cattaneo University – LIUC Castellanza. He provides 360° Labor Law and Industrial Relations counsel to numerous important Italian and international companies. He has a solid experience assisting with reorganization and restructuring plans, extraordinary operations, trade union litigation, the management of employment contracts, and with the organization of agency networks in the commercial and credit sectors. Francesco Rotondi is the author of numerous publications, books and articles on labour law and on trade union issues. He is the Director of the Licosia Edition series “The Work Has Changed. We Change The Rules” which aims to develop an evolutionary vision of labor law. He is an established lecturer at many conferences and carries out regular teaching activities and training courses for companies and is a frequent speaker at numerous conferences on labour law for the most important Italian academic institutions.
