Work highlights

Advised the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance and Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. in the EU filings related to the acquisition by Lufthansa from MEF of a minority stake in ITA, with significant antitrust implications.
Advised A2A and Eni Plenitude in the ICA’s enforcement of the so-called “Aiuti-Bis” Law-Decree which sanctioned Italy’s main commodities suppliers freezing the economic conditions for the supply of electricity and natural gas.
