Active from January 2024 as the result of a merger between partners of Gattai, Minoli, Partners and Pedersoli, PedersoliGattai has notable expertise in the banking, financial and insurance sectors, where it routinely assists in administrative proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission on cartels, abuse of dominance, vertical restraints and merger control, as well as unfair commercial practices. The team is also active in handling highly complex merger and behavioural antitrust cases in the energy and oil and gas sectors. Davide Cacchioli leads the team. They are assisted by cartels, merger control and abuse of dominance expert Alessandro Bardanzellu and Fabiana Campopiano, who is well-versed in proceedings related to cartels, restrictive horizontal and vertical agreements, and abuse of dominance. Silvia D'Alberti left the firm in July 2024.
